Trust & Control

What we design for, and what to ask us before you commit.

How the system is designed to behave

These are design commitments, and they hold across Deal Agent and any Applied Intelligence platform we build.

Human approval for consequential actions

Repeatable work can run on its own. Actions that carry real consequence wait for a person to approve them. The system escalates exceptions and uncertainty rather than pressing ahead.

Visible evidence and reasoning

Every recommendation carries the evidence it reasoned from and the reasoning itself. You can inspect it, question it, or overrule it. A decision you cannot examine is one you cannot defend.

Honest confidence and uncertainty

Recommendations state how sure the system is, and say plainly what they cannot yet see. Missing data is reported as unknown — not quietly treated as nothing to report.

Scope you control

Engagements begin with one workflow, connected to the systems that workflow needs, and expand only as the platform earns it.

Data, access, and retention — ask us

We will not publish claims we cannot currently evidence, so the following are answered directly rather than asserted on this page: role-based access and permission granularity; auditability and action logs; where engagement data is stored and who can reach it; retention periods and deletion on request; and whether customer data is ever used to train shared models.

For current practices in writing, contact hello@ideaparkcompany.com and we will answer specifically for the systems your engagement would touch.

Certifications

Idea Park holds no security certifications to claim at this time. If a compliance framework is a requirement for your organization, tell us early and we will be straightforward about where we stand.

This page and the product
